On November 5th 2017 GetHuman-jasminmo reported to GetHuman that they were having an issue with Asos and needed to get in touch. In the meantime Ive contacted both Klarna and Barclays however they both said nothing has been flagged to ASOS.

Why has my asos account been blocked. So as my account was blocked I wasnt sure about how to return. I contacted asos who by email stated they will no longer reply to me as my account is now blocked. After 1 day my ASOS account has been blocked and my order cancelled - Ive immediately contacted ASOS they told me that the Fraud team was having a look into the issue and that I shouldve had to wait.
My account has been blocked. I then rang them to be told if I did send the orders back I wouldnt get a refund. The issue was classified by GetHuman-jasminmo at the time as a Returns problem and was later reported to be fixed on November 24th 2017.
